The school will offer and pay for one ACT or SAT test in the spring of your junior year or the fall of your senior year. You may also register online for national testing days.

Khan Academy

Online tutoring and online SAT prep. For free. For everyone. Khan Academy is the only SAT prep whose questions are written by the College Board, the company who administers the SAT.

The TSIA2 is offered at HISD every other month.  Students will hear announcements about the date and a sign up sheet is on the Counselor’s College Info Board outside of the main office.  Parents and students may email ty.tapley@hawkinsisd.org to sign up. Practice and the Pre-Assessment can be found https://practice.accuplacer.org/login.  The Pre-Assessment must be completed prior to taking the test.
