Remember, no student should be carrying any medications with them at school.  If medication is needed during the day, it needs to be kept in the Nurse's office in the original bottle with the prescription clearly visible.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!  Please try to put something nutritious into your belly before school, this will help you concentrate and stay awake!  Also drink lots of water throughout the day!
