We will be giving the ACT here at Hawkins on Wednesday, April 19th to all juniors who wish to test.  The cost of the test fees will be paid for by HISD.  Students must reserve their spot to test by Friday, March 10th.  Download information and practice material HERE.

SAT

TSI
The TSI is an online college placement test which covers reading, writing, and mathematics.  This test is a good measure of your skills and is required before you can take dual credit classes or register for college classes after high school.

We will be giving the TSI to all juniors on Friday, April 21st free of charge.  We will also be offering the TSI to any prospective dual credit students and seniors on Thursday, April 20th.  The fee for optional testing will be $30/student.

TSI practice material can be found online HERE.

Before taking the TSI, all students are required to complete a pre-assessment activity, which can be found HERE.  Students must bring turn in proof that they have completed the pre-assessment before taking the TSI.
